break vs maintenance


💔Taking a break is not the same as eating at maintenance.

💁🏼‍♀️💁🏻‍♀️Taking a break is GREAT! We're all for doing what is best for your 🚶🏼‍♀️🚶🏻‍♀️body and your mind🧠... BUT there having said that there is a distinct strategic difference between taking a break and reversing to maintenance!

⚠️If you are tracking macros in a cut and you are:

✔️no longer seeing results

✔️getting weary with the process

✔️being less and less consistent

✔️thinking about quitting or "taking a break"

✔️have upcoming travel plans/visitors/events that will make it even more difficult to be consistent

➕We invite you to consider reversing instead of taking a break. Reversing is the process of incrementally adding in calories every week or so and as you do--your body adjusts to the added energy and you don't gain back weight or lose your results. ADDITIONALLY--when you are tracking in maintenance you are eating enough calories IN THE RIGHT RATIOS that when combined with a strength regimen will result in fabulous body comp change.

➿To recap: we're all for taking a break, but you won't get the same results breaking as you will challenging your metabolism by reversing and tracking in maintenance!!
