Q: Are weekly check ins required? I don't know if I can commit to that right now.

A: Butters reunion is a low demand program - no weekly check ins! You keep track of your biofeedback and we'll review when you have questions. When you're ready for weekly check-ins, upgrading to private coaching is available.

Q: What if I want to lose weight but it's just not the right time?

A: There's still a plan to be made while we wait on the runway- goal setting and planning is PART of any successful phase and we can do that with you. 

Q: I don't even know what I need but I like this idea.

A: Have 15 minutes? Hop on one of our weekly coaching calls and together we'll figure that out and make it actionable for where you're at.

Q: I am struggling in maintenance would this help?

A: Mastering maintenance is the HARDEST phase- come try it with support and you'll see how transformational AND how much there is to learn.

Q: Is it still cancel anytime?
