Hey there! We’re Heidi and Natalie! Two best friends that really, really, love food. We started @butteryourmacros as a dear diary way to keep tabs on all the things we loved and wanted to remember while counting. Flash forward 4 years and we’re the hub for macro counting success with a side of donuts and self love. We want butters to be a happy, fun place for you where you can explore, ask questions, learn, and teach US too! So wander around our world- dedicated to all things macrotastic- centered on our belief that a goal driven life can also be super delicious.

Oh and the fine print- we’re amateur CrossFit junkies that geek out on the science of dieting and self. Heidi is a Be Bold Master with Jody Moore, and certified GGS1 and CF1. Natalie is a cosmetologist of 23 years and Clean Health Institute certified. AND we’re also both Precision Nutrition certified coaches. Phew!
